Sign-up asks for a subject and a level, not a school. A school is optional and can be named later; naming it changes nothing about what they can do.
Make a classroom. A name, and that's it. A code and a link come out. No course shell, no term setup, no grading scheme.
Students join with the code. A student can be in several classrooms, because in Ghana they have several teachers.
Everything works for the term. The bank, homework, AI marking and their override, the AI lesson tools, their photographed curriculum, their class's data, the briefing. A trialling teacher is not on a lesser tier.
The clock is honest and it is a term, not ninety days. It is stated on day one, it ends at the academic term boundary, and it is never a surprise. A trial that expires in week six of a term cannot produce a purchase decision, because that is not when schools decide anything.
"Show your head." From week six, one tap produces a single page: this teacher's classes, what the students have done, what improved, what the projections say. Designed to be forwarded on WhatsApp, because that is how it will actually reach a headmistress.
When the school claims it (PRD-20), nothing has to be moved. The classrooms were already inside that school record; claiming turns the lights on above them. A head does not ask teachers to hand anything over, because it was never held apart from them.
When the term ends and the school has not taken it on, it closes. Concretely, and stated at sign-up rather than discovered: - The trial ends. The data does not. Nothing is deleted. The classrooms stay where they have always been, inside that school's record, frozen and waiting for the school. The teacher keeps read access and can export their own history. - They cannot set new work no new homework, no new exams, no announcements, no AI lesson tools, no curriculum ingest, no parent messaging. - Their students lose nothing. A student's GLearn account is their own product and was never the teacher's to hold. Their practice, streak, mistakes, mastery and projections are untouched, and they carry on exactly as the millions of students with no teacher at all do. Nobody is stranded, because the student tier never depended on the teacher's. - The moment the school takes it on, everything switches back on with the history intact. A closed trial is a pause, not an erasure.
Nobody is surprised. The end date is on screen from day one, and there are three reminders, at week eight, week eleven, and the final week, each one attached to the thing that actually converts, which is the evidence page in beat 6, not a payment link.
